Shapeshifters Group exists to reveal and articulate what we call “the work in-between”. What happens in-between roles, systems, disciplines, departments, organisations. Most of what makes adaptation, change, evolution, coherence, resilience and innovation possible. It’s a type of work that is often invisible and misunderstood.
