Shapeshifters Group was founded to give shapeshifters voice and visibility.
The bulk of our work is on developing a model that helps understand what shapeshifters are, as well as tools and practices to help shapeshifters and organisations where they work. However, we’re also interested in spreading the word, to increase recognition of shapeshifter roles in policy, recruitment, and organisational design. And for this, you can help!
